Bad corners?

As you can see in the attached image, the corners are really bad. There should be a flat surface in-between he corners but it's curved.

How can I improve the corners? Is it speed related? I was printing at 50mms using S3D.

Thanks

What is your acceleration setting?

Good point, I'll have a look tomorrow at work and report back.

What would you recommend?

Re: Bad corners?

I'd recommend the same settings as provided in Slic3r profile, but this is quite impossible as S3D cannot work with acceleration control. There is a workaround, you can use post-processing script for adding acceleration setting into generated gcode. It was discussed on this forum earlier. http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/improving-print-quality-on-corners-t1494.html#p11571
