Any Gcode or PE Slic3r option to Increase Flow Rate for 1st Layer?

Hello,

For big parts I have been using OctoPrint to manually increase the flow rate to 115% for the first layer.

Is there a option in PE Slic3r to do this or is it easy to add some Gcode that would do the same thing?

I haven't seen such a setting in Slic3r, but this can be done in other slicers (KISS has 2 ways of increasing the 1st layer volume).
