ABS Issues

I just get the MK2S upgrade parts, and am trying to print the spare parts in Prusa Orange ABS.
I'm having a few troubles.
I've managed to get the ABS to stick to the heat bed now. First layer isn't too bad, but my issue seems to be the corners. I've tried various temperature settings.
Currently I am using 260C on nozzle, and 110C on heatbed, no fan and the printer is in an enclosure and will a steel nozzle.
I'm trying to print this:

Just as a test.

Here are some pictures

PLA I have no issues with.

Print speed is 20.0mm/s
I've used the Prusa simplify3d settings and changed the temperatures and print speed and changed the First Layer Height to 150% which seems to have helped with it sticking to the bed, but just cannot seem to get consistent layers.
I've tried dropping temperature after first layer, down to 240c but corners just seem to get worse. One corner always seems to be the worse, but the others all seem to have issues.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Re: ABS Issues

Looks like you're printing a bit too hot - it looks like it is melted away partly.

I print ABS with 250°C at the nozzle and 110° for the first layer, 105° for all other layers. Layer height 0,2, fan has to be switched off all the time.
If ABS doesn't stick well to the bed, try to...
- clean your headbed well (IPA 99% or Acetone)
- lower your Z (PLA sticked well at -0,8 for me, ABS needes -1,2 in my configuration!)
If this doesn't help, apply some ABS juice.

Good luck!

Re: ABS Issues

Hi just an update on this. I think it is a print speed issue.
I set the print speed to 140% and it has improved alot.
So I think my issue was I was printing at 20mm/s first layer but didn't change the speed for the rest of the layers.
So last print settings were 260C first layer 110C heatbed print speed 20mm/s
Second layers dropped to 250C, 100C heatbed then increased print speed to 150%, also I played around with turning the fan on I think it might have helped a little. This is what it looks like now.

So next task for me is play around with the print speed.
