Right now PETG mostly, excluding the extruder fan shroud.

Thanks very much for this (clearly authoritative) response! Pushing my luck here, but I may as well ask before someone else on the thread does - what's the extruder fan shroud produced from?

Interesting. I wonder if the (edit: Shroud) STL files uploaded are sized to match expected final part dimensions, and the slicer scales up slightly to account for ABS shrinkage. Alternatively, the STL files could be sized accounting for the expected shrinkage of Prusa's prefered ABS. That would be confusing! 😕

So, sounds like this is the base topic for the next set of questions to PR unless someone here really knows the answer - perhaps someone who has already made and put into service her/his own replacement parts?

Hi Joe,

this means nozzle-fan.stl is printed in ABS - and all the other parts regardless of color are PETG, right?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards

to bring it up ....

I got my MK4 quite recent.

The printed parts look quite "glossy" to me. Is there any post-processing involved ?

And, are they printed with a bigger nozzle than 0,4 ?
