use filamentsensor for e-steps/mm calibration?
Josef told in a video that the filament sensor detects movement just like a computer mouse sensor. Does that mean that the sensor detects how much filament is being forced through the extruder? And is the sensor so accurate that you can use it to calibrate the e-steps / mm?
I always calibrate my extruder before printing parts with function and of course would be pleased if that would happen automatically, for example via an extra function in the menu. That would be verry cool! 😎

It is not accurate enough. But bondtechs are pretty precise even with different materials, I think precalibrated values are more than good enough 🙂
