I’m new on prusa slicer. Were I find all that settings?

Don't try to always match someone else's settings (especially with a different printer!) unless you have an issue.
This is close to the default settings, they are already tweaked for best results for this printer so I would print using (latest) Slic3R PE choosing just the quality 0.2 or 0.15mm layer height (in "Print settings").

I assume prusa control. You can change the nozzle diameter in the settings. Not a whole lot can be changed. Your options are layer height, infill percent support and brim. If you need more, get Slicer Prusa Edition which is already setup for you for the mk3 (if you install the mk3 version)
