Printer doesn't stop when the filament runs out:

Hi All,
Quick question, i was about an hour into printing a file from the SD card when the filament unfortunately snapped. This was due to a tangle on the spool.

Rather than try to intervene, i thought i'd wait for the sensor to pick-up on the fact that no filament was in the extruder and prompt me to insert some.

The printer never stopped and carried on printing even when it was completely out of filament. No errors show up on self-test, everything is on the bored as it should be.

Any ideas what might have caused this?

Did you enable the filament sensor? It was turned off by default. Haven't tested it's functionality yet myself though...
