Print time difference
Just started to use my MK3 when slicing with prusa control the estimated time is about 50% of the actual print time. How do I get this to be closer?

Are you printing in Stealth Mode? Stealth Mode significantly increases the print time.

I have the same problem. Not quite double for me. Had a print this morning that said 2hr15min that took 2h45min. I don't believe mine is in stealth mode but the print times are noticeably longer than the estimates in the slicer. I type the print time at the end of my file name so I just go back and edit it with the actual time so I know for next time I print that file.

printing in normal mode i have also seen this. This is not my first 3D printer so i have learned to just ignore the estimated times as i have never seen them be accurate.

Slic3r 1.39.1 calculates the print time very accurately

I too have found this, it works very well
