Live Adjust Z disappears from the menu during print
It looks like the "Live Adjust Z" menu option disappears from the menu at about 2mm of print height. Is that arbitrary?
I've got a video of it happening if someone is interested in seeing it, I'll post a link
I'm using the 3.1.1-RC4 b143 version of the firmware.

I'd guess that it's because it serves no purpose at that point as it only affects the first layer although I suppose it really should disappear after that layer has finished.

That was part of my confusion... It doesn't appear until the extruder starts laying a thick layer at the front of the bed so you have to be ready, but then seems to stick around for way too long.
