Filament supplier in the UK
Mk3 will be my first printer, there seem to be many filament suppliers in the UK but I presume they are not equal. Any recommendations ?.

I've had good success with the PLA from Rigid.ink at least 🙂

Filamentive is based in west yorkshire. And produced good filament

I can second rigid ink but if you're after the cheapest then they aren't for you, their ABS, ASA, PETG and Carbonyte are all good, depends what you're looking for in a filament and what you're printing. If a quality is something you value then they are the go to supplier in the UK for me but I don't print for the sake of and use mine mostly to support my RC model and electronics habit.
Before rigid ink I tended to buy off Amazon, I still do for PLA which I use for prototyping only, Primaselect and ICE are both OK, I've tried a few no names and once the printer is dialed in the results don't vary much.

I've been using Filaprint.com. UK based, good filament, buy two or more rolls gets free next day delivery.

They sell fillamentum PLA and ABS at really good prices, £18 per roll. Fillamentum is really good to print with
Rigid ink I would avoid, the filament is ok but nowhere near worth what they charge for it.
3D filaprint I also avoid but that was due to getting alot of really bad filament from them about 3/4 years ago, They used to just resell the chinese stuff thats all over Ebay but I dont think they do that any more.
Personally I use Fillamentum and just grab a few rolls from Prusa every so often

I would second the recommendation for spannerhands, Richard is a great guy to deal with & fillamentum has been my go to for PLA for quite some time, I go through a lot of filament & it is constantly good & fairly priced for the excellent quality (Rigid ink is way too expensive)

Thanks for the replies, first project will be with petg as a base unit to carry various other items.
