Failed order? (Or not?)
Hello,
I have a small question for those who already ordered the MK3 , I ordered it yesterday but there seemed to be a problem with 'Verified by Visa' during the order. Now my order shows up in the account but says "02/12/2018 Waiting for payment" and "02/12/2018 On backorder (pending)". I know the printer won't ship till sometime in mid/end march but does this mean my payment went through? Or does this mean it is on backorder(pending) because it did not go through, which the 'Waiting for Payment' would indicate? There is a reorder button, should I use that? Or would that place an additional order?
I am sorry if this question has an obvious answer but I am slightly confused now 🙂

Check if the money is reserved in your bank account. If not try again.

Mine was exactly the same the status that says waiting for payment will eventually change to payment refused by card company, I had to phone the card issuer in my case sainsburys credit card and they went through the purchase with me and authorised it then I had to re-order the printer on prusa site so you can either wait pushing your delivery date further or do what I did and re-order immediately but I can say for certain if the payment failed verification that payment has not been made

I had a verified by visa error on my Yorkshire bank account...
I ended up using a different card, because Yorkshire bank don't have 24hour support...
