That was weird. I opened them in Simplify3D without any problems, but I get an error message in Prusa Slic3r.
I attach a file that is prepared (PLA 0.2 mm) in Simplify3D that you can test.
But if you think the problem in the center of the wheel depends on the STL file, I'm not entirely sure. It may also have other causes.

Now I try print with simplify3d prusa recommend seething (found in the forum) but the print fail again

Here is my print done with Prusa Slic3r, PLA 0.2 mm and Prusa default settings.
So you may want to check your printer that it has the correct belt tension, so that the pulley wheels can rotate easily.
If you have changed any settings in Prusa Slic3r, reset them to original.
