Button not working on new build
Turning the knob (scroll) and reset button works, but pressing down on the knob does nothing. I've confirmed placement and re-seated both ribbon cables from the LCD and tried taking the panel out of the enclosure as well.
Can't get past language selection on power-up.. help!

I appear to have the same problem. I built my machine on Feb 18 and got everything working but needed to recalibrate first layer. It was at the end of this that the button stopped working. I have tried turning it on and off but no help.

the lcd is a cheap 3rd party component, support will replace it no problem. also, replacements are like 10 bucks on amazon.

Any links to cheap replacement stuff for this? I could really... errr... go for one, for a... hydroponic system I'm building... with an arduino... and stepper motors....

Fixed!
On advice from Prusa chat technician - thankyou 🙂 , I dismantled the assembly and carefully blew on the switch. I presumably cleaned out some dust because after that it worked beautifully.
