The above won't do anything for the pinda firmware issues, but getting it as close as possible helps.

You can also increase your first layer print height, which makes it a little more forgiving of imperfect bed geometry.

You can go up to your nozzle diameter. Try 0.3mm and see how that works.

there is a bed level correction you can enter to raise / lower R L F B. I used that to average out approx the differences it is a journey to figure out not impossible.
