Awesome customer service via Chat
After seeing some negative comments regarding support I feel the need to mention that I had an awesome experience with support through the Chat function yesterday. Shane was great to deal with and sorted out a shipping issue for me to get my kit on its way. He was one of the most pleasant support people I have ever dealt with and made the whole process enjoyable, yes, I said enjoyable!!
Not to mention that he was working at 2 AM his time and I am sure he had been dealing with some real doozies since our discussion started at 10pm in Prague.
Kudo's to Prusa Research for having great people working there.
Patiently waiting on the kit now that I know it is on its way.

+1 for Shane, I had a great experience with Shane as well. I had been waiting for a week for my replacement rails to be sent out, I had been told by 3 people at different times on Chat that they would ship. I even got a UPS awaiting shipment notice only to get a Shipment Cancelled notice the next day. Shane was able to take care of it and my rails were on the way the next day, and it must have been at least 1am their time as well.

Definitely Shane is the best! The guy helped me every way he could with shipping, building and adjusting, all that always late night.

Pavia is really nice to deal with, got them a few times and is able to solve my problems quickly and is fun to talk to too.

Yes! Prusa service rocks.
I have no idea why people complain. Some people just can't be pleased.
