A useful tool I found. (Cut ID Chamfer for Bowden Tubes)

I just wanted to post a useful tool that I fond that cuts the inner chamfer PERFECTLY into bowden tubes. (Similar to the ones pre-cut from Prusa come)
THIS drill bit, for boring holes has a wide enough blade/point to cut ANY bowden tube. (even if you have a 2.85mm printer)

Mine came sharp enough to cut the bowden plastic like hot butter. (No drill or anything needed, just use it as a hand-tool, and spin it with your fingers)

I was planning on just using a standard twist drill bit, when I saw this and thought. "hmmm... this is perfect!"

Tested it on a scrap piece of bowden, and it worked better than I could have hoped!

PS: If you do anything like this, MAKE SURE to get *ALL* loose PTFE off the ends/inside. PTFE *WILL* clog your nozzle!

Hi, I'm Sean. I used to work on CNC machines.
I try to not make mistakes, but the decision is YOURS.
Please feel free to donate to my filament/maintance fund.

There are many results for "PTFE bowden tube", what would be a good supplier in the US and what characteristics should we look for?
