best way to replace a nozzle

I am building my MK3 and I have recieved an Olsen Ruby nozzle. What is the best way to replace it? I believe it needs to be done from a heated state, Is this corect?

Change it after you are happy with the machine as supplied.

Heated, use crescent wrench to hold heat block and 7mm socket to loosen nozzle. Socket will catch nozzle tip as it disconnect and attempt to fall
