Y Layer Shift after Filament change

Hello together,
every time i have a Filament switch i always have a Y Layer shift.

Checked the Belt Tension with a Belt tension tester. Looks fine to me.
Even with larger prints i have no problem with a shifts.

Firmware updated and all calibrations performed again. Same problem.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this behavior ?

I was able to repair it. My Y axle was completely displaced. This didn't interfere with normal printing.

The customized printer head has 2 ways of attaching the PINDA sensor for reasons I don't understand. I had the wrong one.

As a result, the plate moved too far than was actually possible when changing the filament.
When moving back and printing again, it was shifted that little bit each time

I have this exact issue, but have yet to solve it.  Can you explain a little more on how you fixed it.

On mine, the next filament change would align properly.

Thanks
