What print settings were used by Prusa to print the Prusa I3 MK3 parts?

I'm printing off duplicate extruder parts in case I melt mine with a volcano, and I want them to be as good as the originals that came with the kit.

For instance, what infill%? How many perimeters, top, and bottom layers? etc.

Anyone know?

hI David,

on the page https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/
the information is

Recommended print settings:
0.2 mm layer height, infill 20% GRID and material PETG.

if you look on the right hand side, there is a ready made set of G codes, for the mk2s to Mk3 upgrade, this contains all of the extruder parts and an einsy case, ready prepared by Prusa,

this might help you.

Thank you, Joan! I'm printing it now. I suppose the 20% infill is minimize the inertial mass of the print head.

With no layer guidance, I'm using 6 layers for the perimeters, top a and bottom. Hopefully that's a close enough match to what JP uses.
