Weird Layer Lines
So today i have printed this for my colleague today (12h print) after the print was done i noticed those weird "layer lines" are those normal? Is it layer shifting?
Filament: Fillamentum Extrafill PLA (opened the well sealed fillament just before the print!)
Bed: PEI Smooth
Nozzle: 215°C at the first layers, 210°C afterwards
Fan: 100%
Bed: 60°C
Enclosure with an exhaust filter system

My guess is that your "well sealed" filament was not sealed that well. Who knows when it was sealed. It looks like it is wet and needs to be dried out. you can't rely on the seal from the package.

Hi thanks for the answer, i have dried it for over 3h and printed a flow calibration cube. It is way smaller i know that but i noticed one of the corners looking like that (see pic) Idk what it could be.
Today i have cleaned my nozzle as i saw some issues and had issues unloading the filament too, it got stuck with a blob in the drive gear area where the blob kept me from pushing it in or pulling it out. I also cleaned my rods and lubed them with the lubricant from prusa.
I would love the layer lines to be smoother but i suppose that is as smooth as they get or am i missing something? Could it be my belts not being tight enough? Tho i usally do the belt test and the results are always between 265 and 275 for both belts.
The remaining irregularities suggest you either need to clean and lubricate your smooth rods or your belt tensions are a little off.
Cheerio,

Yes i have tensioned the belts to around 250-265 and it became a bit better, thanks for the help. Thinking about ordering the prusament petg to print the tension guide.
