Wavy PLA Prints

Long time listener, first time caller.

I purchased a MK3S+ kit over the holidays and have had it running for the past couple of weeks. After some initial tuning, I haven’t had much issue printing PTEG or PLA. Last night, however, my troubles returned.

Please see the attached photo. I printed several flat wall ends which all ended up having the same issue - namely the “wavy” section in the top layer. Other prints appeared to string apart. Print was dune with 215 nozzle, 60 bed, Z offset of -1.68, and speed of 70. Humidity of the room is 35% and the sheet was flat.

Any suggestions?

As a long time listener you should know that it is best to post the zipped project file…

Yes.. try posting a single model for people to view. Any chance there is something simple, like printing PETG with PLA settings? It looks like the hot end is not hot enough. Do you have a Prusa with stock (V6) hotend?

That's a gcode file, not a 3mf file ☹️ ☹️
