The usual 3 suspects are a less than perfect first later Z calibration, fingerprints or other contaminants on the print sheet, or printing in a cold room or a draft.
Look up threads here about first layer adhesion.

Glue stick is normally used to reduce adhesion. It’s a separating agent. So not suitable to conquer warping. Besides that: what diem said.

In addition to what others have suggested, you might try printing a brim around the object. (Enable brim in the plater view, and adjust the size as needed in "skirt and brim" under print settings.) That will give it a bigger footprint and help hold the corners and edges down.
