I wonder if there is an error in the mesh file causing this. It looks like the side is sloped to that point on the opposite side of your arrow.

The PrusaSlicer-Subforum might be a better place for this - anyway, posting the 3mf-file (you need to zip compress it for the forum to allow upload) will increase the probability of helping answers - although you did not actually ask anything...
