Strings on the whole bed

My Mk3s+ printer started stringing a lot (see picture). It happens wit multiple filament also which came just out of the box. I'm also noticing the fillament is a bit curling when it comes out of the nozzle. I already did some cold pulls and the form of the 'filament head' looks oke. Anyone have some tips where to start looking? The picture is with PETG prusament jet black, but as mentioned, it also happens with other filaments like prusament PLA.

Fresh out of the bag doesn't mean it's not wet. I've had rolls that took several drying cycles right out of the bag. PLA, PETG, PC, ASA, all get run through the dryer first. Then if there's still an issue I know one major item it's not!

If the filament curls as it exits the nozzle,

this indicates that the nozzle exit is dirty or damaged.

Replacing the nozzle would then be a good solution.

Thanks for the tips, I now changed the nozzle and ptfe tube, unfortunately the issue is stil there, I also dried the fillament again for 24 hours with silica gel in the dryer. One thing I'm noticing is that the filament keeps flowing a little bit when the nozzle is hot and the printer is in idle mode. I tried to print with 20 degree less but that also doesn't make a difference, does anyone have another idea?

RE: Strings on the whole bed

I had one filament that was awfully stringy, and i went down to 170C.

that caused issues with the cold extrude temperature, which I lowered to 140C so that the extruder would not stop printing
