Start printing at a certain height

Slicer3D has an advanced feature: Layer modifications >> Start printing at height (in mm).
Does Slicer3r PE have a similar feature?
ColorPrint (@ bobstro) will not work. I need to start a new print on top of another print at a certain layer height.
Only thing I can see is Printer settings>> Z-offset that might work. But that is more like a calibration fix than a print setting.
Any other ways?
If you curious why, I'm am trying this interesting technique:

Prusa has a website to change de gcode, so that you can change the colour/filament.
You give the website, the layer you want to change the filament.
Then you download the new gcode.
In slicer you can visually see were you want to change the fillament.
https://www.prusaprinters.org/color-print/

if you want to do this only in the first later.
Then you have to make more then 1 program, and stick them together.
But in the beginning there is calibration(you only need this one time, and the end you only need 1 time.
So cut out the other colours and stick them together. This is for only the first layer.
This you have to do by hand.

Maybe you could search the internet for, if you work with more then 1 nozzle(yes we only have 1 nozzle), possible you can change with the settings with more nozzles, to change the colours but work with 1 nozzle only,
google on this.

If you want to start a new print job, and jump to a position in a old print job, then you have a problem with calibration, this will never be at the good position.
If you crash and can continue with a adjusted gcode, without calibration, without remove of object, then it could be possible.
