Reprinting fan shroud - Mk3S

Hi, I cracked the fan shroud on my i3 Mk3S during first assembly.  Later during the process of clearing a blockage I broke it completely.

No problem! Just print another.  So I printed a new one using e-Sun black PETG (I don't have any original black PETG Prusament on hand).

Printed fine with no obvious issues, however after a few prints, it has warped and now sometimes catches during printing.

I have printed with the recommended settings (0.2 mm layer height, infill 20% GRID) using the generic PET settings in PrusaSlicer.

Any thoughts?  Bad material or something else?

Shroud is supposed to be printed with ABS, not PETG .

Ah that I can do.  Got some black ABS.  I thought all the printed parts were PETG?

Explains why the original part split along a layer line though.

Fan shroud is printed of ABS, the other parts PETG.

That makes perfect sense - ABS is much more heat-tolerant. They should put that onto https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/ . Right now it just says to print everything in PETG, with the only special note being to print the parts around the sensor in black.
