Problem with ABS printing supports using Slic3r
For the most part, i never have issue printing, however this recent job using ABS and supports are giving me problems. Specifically the supports! everything else is perfect. I have carefully calibrated and adjusted the first layer height many times and cannot get the supports to adhere. They seem to be curling up on the edges which seems to be an adhesion issue. I have cleaned the surface with Acetone and even applied a glue stick at one point.
One thing to add is I have using a hardened nozzle. I have read that this may not work as well with ABS, however any other ABS model I print without supports are almost perfect!
