Is this a new printer or one that has been printing OK for a while? Has it been dropped?
Your first layer Z calibration is not low enough but it looks as if it *might* be OK at the far end ...
It mght be worth running an XYZ calibration.

Cheerio,
RE: Print starts ok but quickly seperates
It is not new and this problem just started a few days ago. No damage to the printer. I have been working on the Z calibration. I am also having a problem with the item not sticking to the bed, even though the bed has had all the cleaning techniques used.

OK. The first layer 'Z' has to recalibrated from time to time as the nozzle wears...
I am also having a problem with the item not sticking to the bed,
and this too can be a symptom of the same.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheerio,
