Hello I have a problem of shift on all my impression.
The belts are tight
I used PETG and PLA
I use the original settings for materials

I don't see a shift in those objects. There is a seam running up the side of each object, and I can see that the position of the seam moves once the print reaches a certain level.
The seam is actually caused when the print has finished with one layer and is moving to the next layer.
If the change in position of the seam is what's bothering you, one choice you have is to randomize the position of the layer movements; that's an option in Slic3r on the "Print Settings" tab in the "Layers and Perimeters" section, down near the bottom in an "Advanced" section. When you randomize the position of the layer change, the seams will no longer be visible, but the overall surface will have a tiny bit of roughness spread out over the whole print.
Another option would be to work through a number of subtle details in Slic3r settings to try to minimize the appearance of the seam. You might not ever be able to get rid of it completely, but you might be able to reduce it.
