Polymaker Polymide CoPA hints

I'm trying to print this appliance foot for a family friend.  After searching, this CoPA filament seemed like it would fill the bill - strong material and higher temp.  However, when it printed it looks like the attached, bubbles all over it, almost like it was burned.  I created a filament with the specs I found at the polymaker site, however the part came out like a mess.  I printed it with the bed at 45, the nozzle at 260, fan off, and adjusted the speed.  This was filament straight from a new box/bag, I did not dry it, which could be an issue, but it went from the bag to the machine and printed.  Drying will be my next step.

If anyone has used Copa, can you share some settings?
