Pellowing - Pillowing

Hello everyone, (Google translation)
I do not go out for several days with a Pillowing problem ... I tried everything: increase the extrusion, increase the thickness of the skin, increase the speed of the ventilator on the last 6 layers, increase / decrease the temperature of the bed and the nose, nothing works ...
I do not know why this problem appeared, I did not change anything in my settings, so I wonder if it would not be a problem of fouling nozzle and / or extruder ... And as the cleaning operation seems tedious, I ask the opinion of experts ... 😉
I am on a printer PRUSA I3 MK3 ...
Thank you for your answers...

I use Simplify 3D

Is this PETG? Try changing your infill fill pattern and/or back off on your z height (nozzle a bit further away from bed).

Re: Pellowing - Pillowing

I think I see periodic underextrusion happening. Could be the extruder periodically not engaging its idler.

I would open the extruder idler door and verify the extruder idler is freely spinning and its axle pin remains well positioned (pin engaging both sides of the mount)

Close and reset spring tension 1/2 to 1 turn further in than the springs just engaging.

Does that change things?

Good evening,
That's it, I found ... I uninstalled the profiles PRUSA found on the site below, and I installed the profiles proposed by Simplify3D ... It's incredible no? ... Even with a filling at 5%, that's the result! ...
Thank you all!

Yes, always a good idea to have the correct profiles 🙂

Out of interest, what is that brand of turquoise filament?
