Odd print failures
After using an Ender 3 for two years I bought (and assembled) an MK3S last week. Most of my MK3S prints have been amazing but one model (stl), in particular, is giving me fits.
I built an advanced version (current state - video) of DIY Machine's LED Clock. This build requires 32 "LED shelves". The first few layers are printed in white PLA and the remaining layers are printed in SUNLU wood filament. I've always had a good experience with this filament.

And here are some examples from the MK3S. Every single attempt has resulted in a similar failure. Notice that the failures occur at different heights. I've successfully printed other models on the Prusa machine which are much taller than the sleeve model.
I used PrusaSlicer to generate the gcode (even for the Ender 3 prints). I should also point out that I've run Prusa's setup wizard several times and the "skew test" resulted in "perpendicular".
I'm at a loss at this point - I just don't have enough experience with the MK3S to know what I'm doing wrong, missing, etc. I just set up OctoPrint so that I can record a timelapse to see if something obvious is wrong. I'll update this post with that video once it has completed.

Set Octoprint to safe mode or try the same print off SD card. Errant Octoprint plugins can cause layer shifts.
Confirm that the prints are still stuck to the bed and not coming loose.

I'd check for binding in both axes; may be bearings snagging and causing layer shifts. Though it's curious the error seems to rotate around the center of the part. If you did not clean and lubricate the bearings during install, it adds to the chances of this being an issue. Another issue is overtightening of the rear extruder screws near the bearings. You might try backing them off a few turns.
Oh, and another common issue: make sure the harness isn't snagging on anything and is free to flex as the extruder moves left-right; and same for the bed heater cable.

Thank you! I followed the online manual which explicitly stated that lubrication was not needed. I'll do that now though.
I'll also check the rear extruder screws. The cables seem to be moving fine and are not catching/binding so I think I can rule that out.
