Odd missing bits?

I've been through all the troubleshooting I can find and still cant seem to find the problem cause my prints to do this. Everything seems fine and it usually will do a significant portion before it starts. Anyone have ideas? I've checked the belts, tried opening a new spool of filament thinking maybe it was that, check tension on the extruder and again, have no ideas.Missed bits

Extruder tension screw needs to be rather tight on the MK3S.  You might try adjusting it on the heavier side before chasing other less likely causes.

I'll tighten it up some more then, but I'm still on the base mk3, I have yet to print out the mk3s upgrades because I've been having this issue.

This one thing that got me.  It is much tighter than the MK3.

Tightened it about a full rotation, and it's kinda aggravating that it seems to be infinitely better. I thought I had that down to where it needed to be, thanks a bunch everyone!

RE: Odd missing bits?

On a MK3, screw tips flush with the extruder door is about right.  If I get twisting in the filament leading from the spool I'll back one screw off a bit, if the odd twist/click keeps on (different sound than a jam and you'll get filament trying to unravel off the side of the spool), I retighten that screw and back off the other one.  On the other hand, flexible filament requires a very light touch.  The term touchy adjustment comes to mind.
