My i3 mk3s problem printing

Hey,

My i3 mk3s printer does not print constantly.

It starts well but somehow it acts weird that it doesn't get exactly enough filament and then again it doesn't and this through a whole print

.How can I best solve this?

We need more information.  Is this a new printer or an old one that used to work well?

Prebuilt or a kit?

What filament are you using and which print profile?

Does the printer make any odd sounds?

Can you show us a picture of one of the failed prints?

It's a one year old i3 mk3s prusa printer.

Yeah it makes a scrapping sound over the printed layer.

OK, let's rule out some of the outliers:

Silk filaments are always tricky and yours looks a little damp.  Do you have some other dry filament you can use to test print that model?

It looks like you have some warping, please show us the underside of one of those failed prints.

But that's just it's a new roll of filament. How can it be a little damp.

With other PLA filament it happens the same thing.

OK, no one thing leaps out, it looks like you have a combination of minor issues...

There is not as much warping as I suspected but it could be enough to make the scraping worse, so:

Your first layer Z calibration could go a fraction lower.

There is a little fingerprint grease on your build sheet, a thorough clean would help.

And your filament needs drying.  You don't know how new filament has been stored in the warehouse or how it was treated in transit and some filaments can absorb enough moisture to cause problems in just a few hours.

Do you have drafty workshop?

The previous problem looks t o be solved.

Now my printer always to change the filament ( taking it out and insert again over and over again)

What could be the problem here?

filament sensor out of adjustment.

Some people find that these spacers help.

Temporarily disable your filament sensor (LCD menu) and you should regain printing function while you tweak your sensor.
