layer height/nozzle size effect on object strength

I was searching through the PrusaSlicer settings looking for ways to effect print speed.  One idea was to increase the layer height.  The default is 0.15mm and setting the height to 0.25mm cut several hours off the estimated print time.  Is there a way to predict the effect on the strength of the object?   I suppose the nozzle size might need to change, also.  Is there wisdom here on the how layer height/nozzle size relationship?  I'll be testing these changes, but wondered if it was a known function.

Stefan from cnckitchen made many videos on YouTube about these settings and their effect or not on the piece strength.

No need to change nozzle sizes. As a rule of thumb nozzles can print layer heights up to 80% of their diameter (so for a 0.4 mm nozzles that's layer heights up to 0.32 mm) no problem.
