Issues with printing file

I have been trying to print the following item and keep running into the same problem.

Middle Finger Easter Egg by TomoDesigns | Download free STL model | Printables.com

Printing Setting:

I am printing on MK3S with MMU2s attached, single colour mode.

Printing with 0.25mm nozzle and 0.15 layer height (I like the finish quality and not worried about the time taken).

ABS @ 250 for first layer, then 240 for all the rest, bed at 110 for all layers.

Flow is set to 0.96 in PrusaSlicer. I have tried PS 2.6 Alpha 5 & 6 as well as PS2.51 and all have the same results.

I have printed directly from SD card as well as Octoprint, same results.

Z Offset seems fine, the bottom later is squished but you can feel the layer lines when running your nail over it. Print is not warping to be causing this.

Both parts are being printed at the same time, this file is being loaded: Middle Finger Egg Full Set.stl

PS has not reported any issues with the file.

Photos below are not of the bed, I am using the smooth PEI sheet. Bed adhesion is excellent, prints only release from the bed when the temperature drops significantly.

I have been 3D printing for years, never had this issue before. Have had my MK3s with MMU2S for years, never had this issue.

I have also attached gcode file so maybe someone can help me identify the issue.

The problem:

The issue is one of the 2 parts (the egg with the hand) seems to be over printing around the external perimeter as though there are 2 objects being printed, causing what looks like over extrusion and pushing the layers out.

Seems to print fine up to layer height 2mm, by layer 3.95mm issue is clearly visible.

The sliced preview does not show any issues. I have never had issues with this type of angle before, this should print easily.

Any suggestions with what is happening and how to possibly resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Evgeniy.
