Issues with perimeter gaps printing PETG

I recently purchased a used MK3S+ and have been dialing things in over the last month or two, learning the ropes, etc.

When printing PETG, I'm having issues with significant gaps where solid fill meets perimeters. I don't seem to have this issue with PLA. I recognize that there will be some amount of pinhole gaps at times, but it's significant enough that I'm worried about the strength of the perimeter adhesion.

This issue doesn't significantly happen on the first layer, but seems to get worse the further a print builds from the bed. Attached photos are a print that I stopped on layer 5 or 6.

Looking for any suggestions on what might be wrong or which settings might tweak to remedy this. Thanks in advance!
