Issues with Fiberlogy

Hello,

We have a Prusa MK3 (original, haven't made any changes), 0.4 hardened nozzle, and trying to print a red lid for a PokeBall https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1615753/files in 0.2mm. But we're having some issues. Everything worked fine when we printed benchys with the Fiberlogy filament samples.

We're using Fiberlogy Easy PLA Burgundy but the nozzle keeps clogging, and the extruder is clicking and missing steps which makes the print have missing layers.

We are using the standard slice settings in PrusaSlicer. We have managed to print some things with this filament but one day the nozzle got clogged, we cleaned the nozzle and put it back together. We've tried printing other things with another filament and it works fine.

Is there anyone who can help us with this problem?

RE: Issues with Fiberlogy

Is this old stock?

The first thing I would try is drying the filament.  Usually stringing is the first sign of dampness but if it's really bad it can lead to clogging.

@diem

Thank you so much, I'll try to dry it in the oven and see what difference it'll make! I'm so new at this so maybe I'm not the best at explaining my issues.

If that doesn't work post a picture of a failed print and we may spot something.
