How to setup a colorchange at a specific layer AND let the printer cooldown.

I own an MK3 without mmu.

I've succesfully printed a model with PLA and TPU in 1 print. That required a color change and adding a line of code for a temperature change. But there is a problem, when the printer asks for a color change, the nozzle/bed stays hot until you change the filament. This means that when I start a 3 hour print in the morningand  go to work, the printer is heated for like 10 hours.  So to minimize power usage I want the printer to cool down when changing color/material.

Either i need a color change + cooldown OR pauze at specific height and move the extruder away from the print.

I can add 1 line of code but this is beyond my current limit. How do it do this?

Bed needs to be heated because otherwise the model can  come loose.

My prints do stick well enough when cooled down. But if this would not be the case, there would be a couple of ways to work around this. No problem for me.
