How to Print with PP? Tape doesn't stick
I bought some polypropylene filament to print semiflexible things like this one https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/24662-cat-squeezer here for better performance of the part. But I have a problem because it always warps. Also, when I want to print covers for cat food tins it is too small or to big also because of warping.
I used packing Tape, but the problem is that the packing tape is lifted up by the parts that I'm printing, even though I cleaned my PEI sheet well with IPA, Alcohol or acetone.
I tried cheap packing tape and new brown packing tape from Tesa. Some tips? Could it be that the warping is worse when I print with a .6mm nozzle because the volume per time is higher?
What I also were looking for where sheets or a wider PP adhesive foil because actual I have to glue always 3-4 lanes on my bed but I didn’t find anything on AliExpress.

Clean bed with dish soap, then print on it, no alcohol.
Print with 10 hotter.(this help me with abs that crackt and warpt).
Make bed 10 hotter.
On the bottom, make a brim attach to stl like 6 or 8 lines, so it sticks more to bed.
Let no wind hit the printer, put a enclosure or a box around the printer.

So wind and ambient temperature is not critical topic. My enclosure is able to reach at least 52°C because some wall's are insulated with styrofoam and the enclosure is sealed with hotglue and others and is rather tight.
Maybe the print surface is with 100°C to hot for the adhesives on the tape, printing temperature between 210 and 245 doesn't work.
One thing could be using only dishwasher soap.
But I think now the very expensive magogoo brings some advantages so I'll try this.
So easy cleaning, easy way of coating and cleaning the bed and may be it will withstand better high temperatures. Also only glueing where it is needed, because I want also to try Kapton sheet's firABS on one side of my flexible steel sheet.

What about cooling? Which is best, none, some or much? I find many different informations about that. What's your experience?

The extruder cooling is made for max temperature of 40 C degrees. So leave door a little open, or build a cooling to pull out air in the case.

Yes, I already red this in the forum. I'll look how to handle this, also maybe with some extra air or with an new extruder, also because the petg could suffer from such high tempertures.

Magigoo PP works quite well.
I just ordered some Magigoo PP online. Does it work on regular smooth PEI buildplates, or do you use it on top of packing tape/something else?

I use it directly on my PEI sheets (both).

"Overengineered housing" not at all, I realy like the idea of putting the printer on slide rails. Do you find it makes more noise?

I hardly concerned about it, but with the dampers it is no problem but I didnt tested it without.
It a very usefull case. It's stable so you cut put somethin else on top of it, it comes with 2 doors one upper and a lower one and under the plattform for the printer, it is possible to store 3-4 spools of filament. I should really show this projekt, it is to 95% made from a Ikea writing desk which I found for free in the trash.
