how to print top layer over perimeter

Is there any settings to change the way the top layer is printed? I'm looking for a way to cover the perimeter, to get a smooth and uninterrupted top layer. Now I have a lot of circles around holes and the whole edge is exposed at the top.

Thank you very much in advance.

You can use a modifier at the top to specify 0 perimeters and whatever infill you want. I posted a pic a while ago.

Printer settings - top fill pattern.

Search the web-forum google, there are settings you can use to change top layer.

Print the last l few layers with 0.15.

Try slower,

try hotter.

try a bigger extrusion with on last few layers.9top solid infill).

If you change your model so that the top layer (and maybe the first layer>) covers the entire surface, the surface will be fine.
Then you just cut away any excess material that covers the holes.

Wow, exactly what I'm looking for. My object has basically two top sections, one it's lower than the other and so I can place two height depending modifier.

Thank you very much!

have you considered using an interesting infill  such as Octogram Spiral, and reducing the extrusion multiplier to say .95 to prevent overlay / roughness

on the top layer
