How to improve hole quality

I was wondering if there was anything I could change to improve the quality of the holes on this part. I used some small paint on supports around the holes themselves but it did not seem to change anything. I attached the file I used with the supports.

settings all default

0.15mm quality

hatchbox pla filament setting

15% infill

I can't see an attachment? 3mf files need to be zipped or the forum software will reject it.

Frankly, given the model geometry I think what you showed in the photos is as good as it gets.
