Help with planter print - weird ridge

I’m wondering if someone could help me debug this print of a geometric planter. I made the above model in fusion 360. Everything looks right in the model, but when I print it, I get a ridge near the bottom of the outside. It seems to be happening at the level of the bottom of the hole on the inside. It’s like the solid base prints a diameter a few mm smaller than the rest of the body.

any thoughts?

I’m pretty new to all of this, using stock settings on my mk3s+, prusa slicer. 15% infill, 15mm layer height with default pla heat settings and speeds. It’s eSun eMarble PLA, but I’ve had the same result with prusa Pla. I’ve also tried with and without supports - same result. The supports stop at the level of the ridge, interestingly enough.

Thanks in advance

Do a search for "buldge".  Yes I know its not spelt correctly.  Masses of info on a well known problem.  With unfortunately no single solution.
