Looks like wet filament.
Z height could also be too low but impossible to say for sure until filament is dried.
Dry the filament and then do a first layer calibration print and post a pic of it ‘on the bed’ back here so folks can evaluate from there.

What kind of printer do you have, the pics do not look like an original Prusa MK3(S+). Did you build it yourself? Did it ever print successfully?
Did you do the preflight check: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/9-preflight-check_76792 and the recommended calibrations?
As Randy wrote. Post the rectangle from your last first layer calibration. Also: Start with fresh, quality PLA filament. It's most forgiving, if you got that to work, try PETG or whatever you like...
