Help printing miniatures

I am experiencing difficulty printing small, detailed models such as the file below-

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2067765/files

Up until this point I have been using "Prusa control", but what I'm getting the feeling that I need more parameters put in place by using slicer, but I'm a noob at this...Could anybody help?

Re: Help printing miniatures

Just sugestion:
J never download from that databases anything that has no photo of printed part. Because I dont know if is printable.
I dont know high of this models but if you want it as statue set ration to enlarge model. If you want "tin soldier" then use slicer PE and with PLA try tu "tune" parameters in 0,05 option. Naturally you will need support.

University: MK2S upgraded to MK3 with MMU2.0
Home: MK3
Materials: ABS; ASA; PETG; PET; PLA; Nylon; Nylon Carbon; CPE;
SW: Freecad 0.18; Slicer PE And still generating more troubles than whole forum together.

I'll give this a try, thanks much- and generally I agree with your assessment of Thingiverse but I just loved the idea.
