First Layer Calibration on Textured Plate

I received a textured plate for my Prusa i3 Mk.3 for Christmas 2019. I placed it on my printer and did an initial first layer calibration for the textured plate. After a few very good prints, it started to skip some layers. In trying to correct the issue, I tried loosening and tightening the filament rollers but saw no improvement in print quality. My next attempt was to reset the bed leveling. After multiple attempts, I again saw no improvement in print quality. Of course before every print, I cleaned my plate with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol Spray. After researching the specific problems further, I found the Prusa guide to clean the nozzle with the acupuncture needle. I did the method described and finally observed an improvement in print quality! I thought I had found my solution. Sadly, this "fix" never seemed to be permanent, after a few first layer calibrations, I found myself cleaning the nozzle again and again with no perfect samples. I have run out of ideas, maybe someone else can tell me what more I can try based on the pictures below.

The pictures cover the results of layer heights of 1.985-1.995 mm.

RE: First Layer Calibration on Textured Plate

Search for a How to do a cold pull, to clean your nozzle.

You could also try to use high temp filament, and extrude it the highest or even higher temp, to try to clean out the filament.

But the fastest way is to change the nozzle, and print again, in 10 minutes.

Your first layer looks to high, and possible not enough filament.

I had the same problem, change nozzle, and it was fixed, also after trying a lot of things.

Clean bed with dish soap a few times, then print on it.

Make a 100% first layer.

Both these settings are important for sticking to the bed.

You also could try if you can see if you have a partial block, move extruder to the top, extrude, look if you can see if it is to thin.

With my own nozzle change i saw there was a big difference.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'll try what I can and let you know which one of these works!
