Figure impossible to print!

Santa Claus in particular:
It is printed sitting and it suggests to print without supports, but the beard always slides forward after a while! It is attached to the bed only through its tiny bottom part, and all the beard grow backwards, and after a while it detaches from the bed sliding forward. The rest of the figure sticks normally to the bed. Did someone print it? How? Thank you.

Try about a 5 to 10 mm brim

Is It possible to put a brim under the beard only? Since foldable legs lie under the bottom and I'd prefer not to stick them with a brim. In other words: is there a way to put custom support structures instead of slic3r automatically generated ones? Or to customize / modify the brim once generated?

Tried to modify the stl just for the beard, but also the arms are a weak point.
A 5 mm brim was the best solution: perfect print and not so hard to remove at the end.
