Extrudr TPU Filament Flex Line
Hi there,
I am having the hardest time printing this material.
Mk3s with v6 clone. Printing on octoprint
All print speeds at 25.
Retraction at 0.
Temperature needs to be 235 to 240 or shits getting even worse.
Nozzle was already replaced.
The print only works pretty good if there is no volumetric speed change...
I limited the volumetrics to 1,5 in filament and print settings. But the screenshot shows that there is a change in volumetric speed at the hole. Just as the print hits that section, everything starts dying and my nozzle starts clogging. I did also try the volumetric speed increase factor of 1 but the problem doesnt rly care about that.
After retracting and loading the filament again everything seams fine again. The cooling block seams cold tho. -> no heat creap?
I rly dont know what it should be.

I found the solution myself today. My extrusion stepper motor is running hot and the tpu get flexy in the gears...
