Extruder Stopped after Pausing

I'm trying to print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4749014

I sliced it in Prusa Slicer, here's the G-Code: https://pastebin.com/ZpYV3wS0
I deleted LOTS of stuff that I suspect shouldn't matter. Search for "M601" to get to the only part of the g-code that may be special
I'm attempting to print from OctoPrint (RPi 3 over USB)

The pause was to allow me to swap from black filament to white filament. I had some trouble with loading the filament as the extruder turned off. I turned it back on via the OctoPrint web interface. Once it was reheated, the filament proper loaded and extruded a bit as normal when loading filament. I then hit resume print from the printer control panel. The printer began moving the print head, but extruded nothing.

What is the proper way to resume printing? Should I have done it from the OctoPrint interface? Should I print from SD card instead?

You might want to read the following issue on github https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/3148

SD Card

I would try the SD card and see if that works for you.

Thanks Neophyl. I did as 3d Gussner suggested in Octoprint and I was able to complete a test cube with a pause part way through.
