Edges of path curl up at E axis "carriage return"

I was using MK3S for almost a year now, and recently it began to worsen it's print quality. I've noticed, that it's mainly because of curling up paths, mainly on first layer (also in other ones, but its most problematic with 1st), but I have no idea why. I am using the same IPA as in the beginning, and also the same steel sheet, so changes in those are not the case. I tried to adjust Z axis via Live Adjust Z, but it keeps rolling up, even if the distance is clearly too close (almost no extruding due to lack of space), and also not even sticking properly when distance is greater than "too close".

I also thought, that is because of ambient temperature, as printer was in basement (~16 deg. C), but in my room (~19 deg. C) it's almost the same.

Then I thought about filament, as my "workhorse" was lying in basement for some time, so I accused humidity and unpacked brand new filament. It's even worse I think, and I am out of ideas.

Anyone suspects anything?

Clean your bed using unscented dish soar (fairy/dawn or equivalent) and rinse at the sink with copious amounts of hot water to remove all traces of grease and oils.  That works better than IPA due to the volume of water used in the rinsing.  There are a lot of threads detailing this process on the forum if you search.

A couple of other notes - if its the same bottle of IPA you originally bought then IPA is hydroscopic and will absorb moisture, reducing its effectiveness over time.  Its probably not that but its a possibility.

Some filaments , even PLA can over time leave a residue on the sheet which is why a very occasional clean with acetone is recommended on the SMOOTH pei sheet only (do not use on the textured sheet) to remove this residue.   After the acetone wipe down perform the dish soap and water rinse process.

Simple things - don't touch a rag to the top of the alcohol bottle. It transfers grease to the bottle.

Use a squirt bottle, and 99% IPA if you can. 91% if you have to. Never 70%. Too much water - and other additives.

And monthly or so - that hot water scrub with detergent. Takes off the residue IPA leaves.

Ok, so I've cleaned sheet with water and soar, and first layer sticks nicely. Although there's still a problem - there are bulks appearing in the middle of the print (at the photo - during printing raft), and I dont see any reason for them to happen. Any ideas?

EDIT: I've noticed, that lines are not as wide as they used to, e.g. when printing raft I can see lines on the sheet through print. May it be extruder malfunction or clogged nozzle?
